From the first contact, the service was top draw. when I was shown the car I was given plenty of time to have a very close look all around, and I never felt pushed into any discission. While I was there he was such a gentleman and went through all the paperwork with me so I understood everything I was signing. Jonathan is a perfectionist and it and it shows in his stock and how meticulously they’re prepared before sale. The 2014 Sport Tech PRHT was absolutely as new. He commented when I picked it up, leaving him with my trade in vehicle that if I ever wanted to sell it to contact him first and he would make an offer. Unfortunately for me health issues struck so I decided due to lack use to sell it. Good as his word he made an acceptable offer and the deal was struck. He then picked the MX5 up on his trailer from Worcestershire. I’m comforted in knowing that whoever buys it will be an enthusiast and will look after it as I did. I say that because I think Jonathan attracts that part of the marketplace, enthusiasts, not street traffic. Having dealt with him twice with the buy and the sell I can say that he is a genuine man and a pleasure to deal with. We still keep in touch now and we speak as friends. There can be no better place to find a top notch MX5.

After 14 years of owning our MX-5 Sport Black, my wife and I decided it was time to sell our lovely car that had taken us on so many days out. The car had always been protected and cared for and although it never looked any older, we had got to the point where we were rarely using as it should be and we wanted the next person to enjoy it rather than have it deteriorate in our garage from lack of use. We hate selling cars and, in the past, have found the whole process to be an exercise in anxiety. We usually avoid it by part exchanging but in this case, it was to be a direct sale. So, with trepidation we advertised our car with the owner’s club. In less than a day, a couple of people had emailed for more photos and information but as we were preparing our replies, Jonathon Cryer called. We spoke in detail about the car, the price was quickly agreed without haggling, he transferred a deposit to our bank account and he then travelled 100 miles the same day to see it. He made the whole process very easy for us. He examined the car thoroughly, obviously knew what he was looking at, explained what he was doing, listened to our anecdotes about the car and shared some of his own. His test drive was a quick run round the block, the balance of the agreed price was immediately transferred to our bank account online, he efficiently completed the log book transfer and DVLA online ownership transfer before loading the car on his trailer. He had taken all the aggravation out of the process. It was sad to see the car drive away but we felt that it was in the hands of someone who would find it the right next owner.

My fist an immaculately turned out 2010 which I was over the moon with but then seen a 20k mile true red on his website. The blue was part exed and now have the Red for over a year. My almost year-long search for the perfect MX5 is finally over! I have just purchased and taken delivery of an absolutely stunning 2011 (NC) Mazda MX5 from Jonathan at JRC AutoMotive Ltd and I couldn't be happier! The whole process of getting to know the car and having all my questions answered was flawless... Jonathan clearly understands the importance of customer service. Due to the 250 mile distance between myself and him we ended up doing a video-call walkthrough of the car I was interested in, and that worked really well as he patiently went through every aspect of the car's interior, exterior and also its full history. He has a lot of experience with MX5s and had gone the extra mile to provide the perfect one with all the pre-work and prep put in (with all the associated expense, including a service and alloy reconditioning), ready for sale. Another really important factor was showing me the underside of the car, as so many are prone to corrosion... he had clearly chosen carefully! As a final note, we also arranged for delivery which Jonathan took great care to do himself, driving hours to do so, and that saved me a huge headache. All-in-all, it was a very personal and professional approach in all aspects of the sale. I couldn't recommendJRC AutoMotive LTD enough. What I was looking for was a low mileage and well looked after MX5 NC, as it's a second car that I want to keep for good... I now have that. Thank you very much, Jonathan.
